NOTICE of PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ON March 3rd, 2021 at 5:30 P.M., the Atwood Planning Commission will consider the following case in City Council Chambers in City Hall, 106 S Third, Atwood, Kansas.
The hearing is to consider an application for conditional use at 807/809 Page Street, Atwood, Ks. The site is currently classified as R-1, Single Family Residential zoning area. The property owner is seeking a variance for siding to be used in construction of building.
As provided in the Zoning Regulations of Atwood, Kansas, the Planning Commission will consider this application at the above stated time. All persons interested in said matter will be heard, and any written protest will be read at this hearing. Written comments must be received in the Atwood City Clerk’s office by 5:00 p.m. on March 3rd, 2021.
