NOTICE of PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ON January 27th 2021 at 5:30 P.M., the Atwood Planning Commission will consider the following case in City Council Chambers in City Hall, 106 S Third, Atwood, Kansas.
The hearing is to consider an application for conditional use at 206 N. 6th Street, Atwood, Ks. The site is currently classified as R-1, Single Family Residential zoning area. The property owner is seeking a conditional use to allow the operation of a dog grooming/dog training business that will be adjacent to the house located at 206 N 6th Street and is requesting a kennel license in order to have no more than 3 additional dogs over the legal limit.
As provided in the Zoning Regulations of Atwood, Kansas, the Planning Commission will consider this application at the above stated time. All persons interested in said matter will be heard, and any written protest will be read at this hearing. Written protest must be received in the Atwood City Clerk’s office by 5:00 p.m. on January 27th, 2021.
